Barrett Balkwill Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on May 18, 2026, Barrett Balkwill (Windsor, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Gary Balkwill, Patrick Hughes, William, Ronald Corey (Lenore), Mary and Jim Babcock.

He is survived by: his parents, Erika Balkwill and Jamie Balkwill; his grandparents, Brett, Marlene Corey, Corey and Margaret Balkwill; his aunts and uncles, Blair, Cameron Otto, Chris and Nicole Balkwill; his close friend Grace Otto; and his great-grandparents, Dorothy, Theresa and Margaret Pinto. He is also survived by Mum and Dad.

In honour of Barrett's memory and in hopes of helping other families, donations to Ronald McDonald House would be deeply appreciated. The family also encourages those who are able to consider donating blood in Barrett's name — a simple act that can help save precious lives.
