He was predeceased by: his wife Virginia (Louise). He is survived by: his son David; his stepson John; his great grandchild Cameron; his siblings, Donald, Robert, Harvey, Billy and Diane; his significant other Annette; his stepchildren, Evelyn, Mary, Jenny and Greg; his siblings, Leo and Kathleen; and his pet Jessie. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 28th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Banwell Chapel (11677 Tecumseh Rd E, Windsor, ON N8N1L8). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 28th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the same location.
