It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Betty Doreen Carr (Windsor, Ontario), who passed away on July 17, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Jellis and Phyllis Fountain (Andy Anderson); and her brother Peter Jellis (Joyce). She is survived by: her children, Alan Carr (Dollie Razon) and Yvonne Sciacca (Frank); her grandchildren, Brandon Carr (Adriana Cardona), Sarah Adams (Jeffrey Lopiccolo) and Margaret Carr-Stakov; her sister Sheila King; her niece Leslie Chapman; and her brother-in-law David Carr.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Banwell Chapel (11677 Tecumseh Rd E, Windsor, ON N8N1L8). A prayer will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 8:00 PM to 8:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Betty's memory to the Alzheimer Society of Canada, helping to support families and fund research for those living with dementia.
