He was predeceased by: his child Kyle; and his parents, Bill Slavik and Helen Slavik. He is survived by: his spouse Pat Slavik; his son Kevin (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Tristan, Colin, Talia, Kyle and Lauren; and his sisters, Mary Ann (Gary), Cathy and Christine (Steve). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
