He is survived by: his wife Michelle Chauvin; his children, Robert Merrifield, Jodi McFarlane (Dave Impens), Leah Chauvin (Dwayne Marmara), Wayne Chauvin (Lindsay Tinwick) and Nicki Chauvin (J. P. Greska); his grandchildren, Taylor, Max McFarlane, Ben, Olivia (Cade Pender), Noah Norris, Elise, Jolie Sylvestre, Samantha, Georgia Chauvin and Talia Pender; his brother Don Merrifield (Theresa Fortier); and his siblings-in-law, Vicky Merrifield, Randy Renaud (Colleen), Denise Renaud (Brian Walsh), Marie Copf (Ari), Diane Porter (John) and Rhonda Renaud (Bill).
