He is survived by: his wife Amy; his children, Natalee, Nikolas, Nina and Noah; his parents, Ankica Laus (Anna) and Miro Laus (Mike); his godson Luka Murgic; his niece Emma Murgic; his great-nephew Anthony Fuduric; and his great-nieces, Marina, Lucia and Nadia Fuduric.
