He is survived by: his father Malcom Chapman; his spouse Colleen Carbert; his children, Dawn-Marie Theoret (Jamie), Dwayne Theoret (Jen), Tanya Garland (Frank), Bradley Ellis and Nicole Bechard (Nicholas); his grandchildren, Jailyn, Elijah, Alexia, Jocelyn, Damin, Christopher, Zayne and Jaxson; and his great grandchild Cataleya. He is also survived by his brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews and friends.
