She is survived by: her husband Kevin Tolen; her child Ariadne; her parents, Michelle Johnson and Craig Johnson (Mary-Anne); her parents-in-law, Thomas and Renee Tolen; her siblings-in-law, Chris Tolen (Marie) and Laura Smith (Craig); her uncle Gil Gouthro (Mary); her aunts, Janice Stedman (Chris), Judy Walton (Bob), Vicki Dicks and Jane Peterson; her nieces and nephews, Grace, Jack and Morgan; and her friend Poe.
