He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mark Kearns and Maureen Hoy; his wife Janice Ouellette; his sons, Mark and Paul (Tiffany); his grandchildren, Charlie and Henry; his brother Larry (Denise); and his sisters-in-law, Pat Kern (Marshall) and Cyndy Ouellette (late Mark). He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
