Charles Ursel Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Ursel (Windsor, Ontario), who passed away on July 6, 2022 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife June; his parents, Charles Ursel and Mary Ursel of Winnipeg; and his sister Lorraine Barclay. He is survived by: his daughter Barbara; his son-in-law Pierre Meunier (Nancy) of Ottawa; and his siblings, Doreen McMaster (late Arden), Kenneth Ursel (Gail), Arleen Skinner (Lyle) of Winnipeg and Audrey Belanger (Andre) of Victoria.
