It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charlotte Watkins (Windsor, Ontario), who passed away on March 6, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Homer Watkins and Edith Watkins; her siblings, Lloyd, Beulah, Howard and Vivian; her children, Erika MacNevin, Heidi (Jerry), Darlene and Mel (Debbie); her grandchildren, Philip, Jordan, Kirsten and Darryn (Evan); and her great grandchildren, Quinton, Elijah, Isaac, Liam and Levi.

In 2017, at 84, Charlotte was awarded the Mayor's Inspiration Award for her contribution to young musicians and the community at large.
