He was predeceased by: his parents, Don and Ellen. He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline; his children, Ethan and Ally; his brothers, Dave (Debbie) and Larry (Charlene); his sister-in-law Jill Young (Jim); his parents-in-law, Dave and Gloria Tulp; and his close friend Andre Gingras. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
