Christine Punga Obituary

We bid farewell to Christine Punga (Windsor, Ontario), born in Leamington, Ontario, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on June 26, 2025 at the age of 71. Christine touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Welacky and Julia Banda; her in-laws, George and Ginger Punga; her sister-in-law Karen; and her niece Erin.

She is survived by: her husband Preston Punga; her children, Michael (Kathryn), Nicholas and Kathryn; her grandchildren, George Carson and Regina Christine; her in-laws, Peter, Sheila, Jill, David, Kelly, Diane, Paula and Danny; and her child Chris.

Visitation will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Most Precious Blood Church (1947 Meldrum Rd, Windsor, ON N8W4E3).
