He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilfred and Violet; his siblings, Josephine, Doug Fairbairn, Nicholas, Ella Mae Ruggaber, Dan Desrosiers, Ron Castanier and Gordon; his mother-in-law Mary; and his siblings-in-law, Alex Prodan and Shirley Smith.

He is survived by: his wife Frances; his children, Margaret, David Quaggiotto, Christopher, Jackie Ruggaber, Andrea and Graham Purdy; his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Jessica Ruggaber, Anthony, Nicholas, Matthew Quaggiotto, Joshua and Mitchel Purdy; his sisters, Theresa, Gladys and Henriette Ruggaber; his parent-in-law Thomas Kmec; and his siblings-in-law, Anne, Jean, John Kocak and Larry.

The family will be having a private Mass and Interment by invitation only during the pandemic.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Parkinson Society or Hospice of Windsor.
