He was predeceased by: his wife Eleni; his stepsiblings, Katina and Christos; and his siblings-in-law, Vasili Patsakis (Panagiota) and Tasia Markoulidakis (late Manolis).
He is survived by: his children, Jim Spanos (Mary) and Mary Vourakes; his sibling Melahrini Koundouroudas (late Dimitri) of Greece; his stepsiblings, Ilias, Theodore and Eleni Papatheodorou of Greece; and his sibling-in-law Mihalis Patsakis (late Helen). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Costas may be made to the Parkinson Society Southwestern Ontario or to the Holy Cross Greek Orthodox Church of Windsor, Ont.
