He is survived by: his parent Carolyn Crankshaw; his siblings, Daniel Moynahan, Brooklynn Moynahan and Joshua Regier; his grandparents, Diane Crankshaw, George Crankshaw and Marlene Dizon; and his godparents, Jule Westgate-Sarrazin and Roger Sarrazin.
