He was predeceased by: his stepson Andrew. He is survived by: his son Heath (Sonia); his stepdaughters, Hayley (Pete) and Samantha (Eric); and his grandchildren, AJ, McKenna, Lincoln and Willa. He is also survived by his siblings, nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
