He is survived by: his stepmother Tammy; his children, David (Makayla), Shaylin, Hailey, Tyler (Skyler), Savannah and Braelynn; his granddaughter Jeylah; and his siblings, Courtney (James) and Keith. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and 1 great niece.
