He was predeceased by: his brothers-in-law, George Eltousse (Maggie) and Joe Eltousse (Andrea); his parents, George Stannard and Vera Stannard; and his parents-in-law, Richard and Helen Eltousse.
He is survived by: his child Dana Hyde (John); his granddaughter Deanna; his pet Milo; his children, David Jr. and Jodi Stannard; his grandchildren, Dustin, Christian and Roarke; his sister Ellen Gilson (late Lloyd); and his sister-in-law Margo Michaels (Jim). He is also survived by Uncle.
