He was predeceased by: his parents, William Coulter and Betty Green; his brother Richard Coulter; and his children, Dennis Coulter, B. J. Coulter and Tanya Konrad (Steve).

He is survived by: his children-in-law, Steve Konrad and Michelle Scott; his grandchildren, Carley, Braydon and Tyler; his siblings, Dolores Lessard (Bill), Joanne Gelinas, Patricia Krakana (George) and William Baker-Coulter (Coulter); his wife Lorna Coulter; his daughters, Crystal Palumbo, Melissa-Jo Meyer (Alex) and Tiffany Hayes; his grandchildren, Cassie, Carly Palumbo, Tyler-David Meyer, Brayden Walls, Preston Hayes, Reese, Brady Konrad, Destiny, Dallas and Easton Coulter; and his sibling Jo-Anne Gelinas. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews, friends, and extended family.
