She was predeceased by: her son Randy Cloutier; her son-in-law John Polkosnik; her grandchildren, Jacqueline LaSorda, Christine Carlton (LaSorda), Katie Valcke, Andrew Polkosnik, Michelle Cloutier and Michael Cloutier; her great grandchildren, Ryan Carlton and Nolan Valcke; and her siblings, Gerald, Alfred, Ernest, Victoria and Altea.
She is survived by: her husband Ernest Cloutier; her daughters, Doreen LaSorda (Thomas) and Sandra Polkosnik (Cloutier); and her sister Mary Ann LeBlanc (Matte).
