He is survived by: his wife Virginia "Ginger" Tarcia-Maziak; his daughters, Dawn Davidson (Alexander) and Diana Stewart (Ken); his grandchildren, Kaidan, Kullen Stewart, Baby Yorkie and Panda; and his siblings, Roger Maziak (Susan) and Romanian.
