He is survived by: his spouse Vickey; his children, Scott Lewis (Laurie) and Shari Moulton (Dave); his grandchildren, River, Landon, Ronan and Ashton; his stepgrandchildren, Braden and Shane Moulton; and his siblings, Trudy, Hazel, Bill and Anne. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
