He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Fred Perfect and May Perfect; his wife Catherine Mombourquette (Cathy); his children, Geoffrey, Cheryl Perfect, Los Gatos, California and Craig (Susan Spencer) of Windsor; his grandchildren, Harrison and Grace; his stepdaughter Alexandra Lucier of Windsor; his brother Stephen Perfect (Susan) of Toronto; his siblings-in-law, David Street (Laura Campbell), Linda Crowley and Tom Mombourquette; his mother-in-law Genevieve Mombourquette (Rod); and also Elizabeth Heron.
