It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Elaine Foley (Windsor, Ontario), who passed away on November 23, 2019, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Dockeray and Agnes Dockeray; and her brother Ronald Dockeray. She is survived by: her children, Jay Foley and Rhonda Naughton (Jimmy); her grandchildren, Brandon, Stephanie and Nathan; her sister-in-law Marilyn Dockeray; her nephew Jeffrey Dockeray; her niece Jennifer DeMaria (Dominic); and her pet Sadie.

Memorial Tributes to the Windsor Essex County Humane Society, 1375 Provincial Road, Windsor, Ontario N8W 5V8 would be appreciated by the family. And while she lies in peaceful sleep her memory we shall always keep.
