She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Mifflin; and her sibling Andrew Hudec. She is survived by: her child Ken Sawchuk; her siblings, Irene Schippel and Bill Hudec; and her cousin Mary Crepp. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
In memory of Betty, memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Windsor & Essex County or to the Windsor Essex County Cancer Centre Foundation.
