She was predeceased by: her child Karen Dunlop; and her sibling Wilma Thom. She is survived by: her spouse Joe Bordignon; her children, Kirsty Dunlop, Julie Fricker (Glenn), Kristen Bordignon (Wes Carpenter) and Jeff Bordignon (Robyn); her grandchildren, Kalie, Kyle, Bradley, Makenna, Madison, Domenic and Jaxon; her siblings, Una Thom, James Thom (Gwen), Craig Thom (Christine), Iain Thom (Pauline) and Wilma McCann (Hugh); her sibling-in-law Judy Jas (Aurelio); and her friends, Scotland and S. A.. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations made in memory of Bertha to the Windsor Regional Cancer Centre Met Campus are welcomed and appreciated by the family.
