She was predeceased by: her husband Douglas; and her son David. She is survived by: her sister Goldene Cinat (late Louis); and her children, Cathi McWilliams, Dianne, Greg (Noreen) and Rob (Marjie Gignac). She is also survived by her 15 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, a donation in Elsie's memory to the St. Vincent DePaul Society would be appreciated by the family.
