It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elsie Irene (Rowan) Turner (Windsor, Ontario), who passed away on January 26, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Joseph "Joe" Turner; her child Linda Proctor; and her grandchildren, Erik, Alex, Travis Turner, Andrew Szedlak, Katie, Kyle Turner, Hannah, Leah Deane and Madeleine Turner.
