He was predeceased by: his wife Doreen Blanche Asciak; his parents, Michael Asciak and Spiridiona Asciak; his siblings, Paul, Charles and Maria; his mother-in-law Rena; and his sisters-in-law, Geraldine and Mary Jane.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Asciak (Laura Spinazze), Jennifer Houle (Kevin), Stephanie Asciak, Dana Puhl (Peter) and Dona Asciak (Larry Fletcher); his father-in-law Lawrence Drouillard; his siblings-in-law, Gord, Lawrence Jr., Elaine and Richard; and his friend Malta. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, extended family.
