He was predeceased by: his sibling Michele; and his parents, Achille Calamita and Giovanna Calamita of Italy. He is survived by: his wife Caterina; his children, Achille Calamita (late Linda), Vincenzo Calamita (Dorie) and Joanna Zuccaro (Vito); his grandchildren, Richie, Joseph (Brooke), Felicia, Alyssa, Genna (Cory) and Jared (Victoria); and his siblings, Maria (late Nicola), Luca (late Lucia), Angelo (late Domenica), Emanuele (Maria), Vito, Antonietta (late Giovanni), Rosa (Michele) and Damiana (Natalino).
Visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Central Chapel) 1700 Tecumseh Road E, 519-253-7234, on Monday, August 24, 2020, from 2-5 p. m. and 7-9 p. m. Due to COVID-19, a private funeral mass will be held.
