We are sad to announce that, on October 12, 2025, at the age of 81, Frances (Frenette) Devine (Windsor, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Tom; and her parents, Oliver Frenette and Virginia Frenette. She is survived by: her children, Kim (Tim Jones), Jeff (Michele), Kristine (Wayne Dresser) and Brad (Terri); her grandchildren, Tawnya (Pedro), Lauren (Aaron), Brooke (Randy), Kaitlyn (Jacob), Reiley (Evan), Jocelyn (Dave), Brayden (Yanick), Liam (Heidi), Hayley (Xavier) and Meghan (Ryan); her great grandchildren, Adelynn, Aiden, Ariella, Maple, Noble, Rayna, Lennon and Atlas; her siblings, Eleanor Bertoldi (Eugene), Mary Anne Frenette and Charles "Charlie" Frenette (Leona); and her sister-in-law Helen Rau (Terry). She is also survived by in-laws, nieces, nephews and friends.
