She was predeceased by: her parent Frank Kinnaird; and her child Dennis (June) of Toronto. She is survived by: her parent Irene Kinnaird; her children, Wayne (Lesley) of Windsor, Janet of Windsor, Barb of Windsor, Faye (Zweris) of Windsor, Greg (Alexandra) of Windsor, Norman (Sue) of Windsor, John (Lynn) of Windsor, Marilyn (Ken) of Deep River, Maureen and Brian; and her friends, Helen Renaud and Richard Renaud.
Donations in memory of Frances may be made to the Windsor-Essex Children's Aid Society.
