Francesco Amato Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Francesco Amato (Windsor, Ontario), who passed away on January 24, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Maria Amato and Giovanni Amato; and his brothers, Antonio, Bernardo and Giovanni Amato.
He is survived by: his wife Santina; his sister Rosetta Perri; his children, Maria Casella (Tito), John Amato (Sandra), Roy Amato (Sue) and Nicolina Tavolieri (Giovanni); his grandchildren, Dora, Santina, Frank, Chloe, Alaina, Shantel, Mario and Marina; his great grandchildren, Iris and Jackson; and his siblings-in-law, Vito, Rosario Curcuru and Piera Sbrocca. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers a donation to The Hospice of Windsor would be appreciated.
