He was predeceased by: his wife Dora Forstner; and his sister Theresa Krosnicki (Frank). He is survived by: his children, Donna Forstner-Maniaci and Chris Forstner (Judy); his grandchildren, Brandon (Tori), Sabina, Erik (Heather), Ashton (Felicia), Mitchell and Serena; his great grandchildren, Aaliyah and Aria; his nephew Wayne Krosnicki (Kathryn); and his great-niece Amy.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 31st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Windsor Chapel Banwell Chapel (11677 Tecumseh Rd E, Windsor, ON N8N1L8). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 31st 2026 at 11:45 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, January 31st 2026 from 2:00 PM to 2:15 PM at the Heavenly Rest Cemetery (5005 Howard Ave, Windsor, ON N9H1C9).
