We are sad to announce that on June 27, 2023, at the age of 67, Frank Kotow (Windsor, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Andy; his son Joey; and his sister Mary Beth. He is survived by: his girlfriend Jeanne Fortier; his children, Andrew (Loretta Monforton) and Theresa (Clay Morgan); his mother Elizabeth (Betty); and his siblings, Crystal (John Sullivan), Cathy and Joe (Sandy). He is also survived by his beautiful grandchildren and his great granddaughter as well as many nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
