As we bid Frank farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Frank is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He is survived by: his wife Betty May McPhedran; his grandchildren, Danny and Hayden; and his siblings, Billy (MiMi), Irene (Frank) and Murray. He is also survived by extended family, friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Banwell Chapel (11677 Tecumseh Rd E, Windsor, ON N8N1L8). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Victoria Memorial Gardens (1185 ON-3, Oldcastle, ON N0R1L0).
