He is survived by: his spouse Mary; his children, Kevin (Diane), Mary-Jo (Jim Lyman) and Carol (Ralph Michaelis); his grandchildren, Christine Lyman, Kyle Matlock, Brianna Leveille (Pete) and Ryan Michaelis (Anne); and his great grandchildren, Logan, Easton, Owen, Jack and Leo.
