He was predeceased by: his sibling Bob Souchuk (Lorraine). He is survived by: his spouse Dorothy; his children, Cheryl Hawes (John) and Jeff Souchuk (Tammy); his grandchildren, Kevin, Jason and Angie; and his sibling Ron Souchuk (Lorraine). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and lifelong friends.
