She was predeceased by: her parents, Weronika Otrabek (Holeczek) and Ignace Otrabek (John Thomas "Jack"); and her siblings, Fredek Otrabek and Waclav Otrabek. She is survived by: her sons, Michael Quinlan and James Quinlan (Laurel); her grandchildren, Gavin and Leala Quinlan; her sister Kazia Zietala; and her nieces, Mary, Lucy and Liz. She is also survived by many extended family and amazing friends.
