He is survived by: his wife Ginette; his children, Michael (Katarina), Michelle (Tim) and Daryld (Jackie); and his brother Gregory (Mary Anne). He is also survived by five granddaughters.
George was proud to serve his country in the Canadian Armed Forces and was a longtime member of the Royal Canadian Legion and the Black Watch of Canada Foundation.
