George will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. Friends and family will honour George by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence he had in their lives. Though George is no longer present, the bonds he created and the experiences shared will endure. George’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew him.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: wife: Bonnie; children: Kim Dobson (Johnathan Horcica), Mandy Sandala Harris (Kevin), and Greg Sandala (Sarah); grandchildren: Bromleigh, Aidan, Molly, Ella, Seva, and Naraya; parents: Michael and Anna Sandala; brothers: Joseph and John Sandala (Gaye Emery); nephew: Drew; niece: Keely; other: George and Natalie Onuška, and the McPhee family; and many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Families First (3260 Dougall Ave, Windsor, ON N9E1S6). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Corpus Christi Church (1400 Cabana Rd W, Windsor, ON N9G1C4). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
