He was predeceased by: his brother Brian Raper (late Linda). He is survived by: his wife Mary Helen Raper; his children, Lee Anne Raper, Mary Kaye Raper, Jim Raper (Elaine Hanley), Patricia Penstone (Russ Penstone) and Sheila Yakovishin (Edward); his grandchildren, Allie, Mitch Raper, Katy and Alex Penstone; and his siblings, Donald Raper (late Connie), Bob Raper (Jane), Carol Lytle and Mary Lou Halk (Rick). He is also survived by his extended family and friends.

Due to the current pandemic and limitations on public gatherings, a private family visitation and funeral service will take place at Anderson Funeral Home & Cremation Centre (895 Ouellette Ave. Windsor, ON, N9A 4J5) 519-254-3223 on Tuesday, Feb. 2, 2021 at 11:00 AM.
