He was predeceased by: his wife Gloria; his parents, Frank McGraw and Emilie McGraw; and his siblings, Romeo, Gerard, Phil, Ronald, Justina, Irene and Lumina.

He is survived by: his children, Colleen Glen, Emilie Clinansmith (Robert), Eugene McGraw (Susan), Roland McGraw (Sophie) and Jennifer McGraw; and his sister Antonia Losier. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.
