He was predeceased by: his parents, Pietro Pittao and Ida Pittao; and his siblings, Giovanni (late Joanne), Gino (late Eleanor), David (Ingrid) and Alietta.
He is survived by: his wife Karen (Nee Bortolotto); his children, Trish and Mark Pittao (Heather); his grandchildren, Jason, Cameron (Alex) and Caitlin (Carter); and his siblings, Ray (late Jean), Ivan (Pierina), Sue Kapasi (Sandor) and Nanci (Mike Romeo). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
