In loving memory of Gerald Mark Pittao (Windsor, Ontario), who departed this world on October 11, 2025 at the age of 80. Gerald leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Pietro Pittao and Ida Pittao; and his siblings, Giovanni (late Joanne), Gino (late Eleanor), David (Ingrid) and Alietta.
He is survived by: his wife Karen (Nee Bortolotto); his children, Trish and Mark Pittao (Heather); his grandchildren, Jason, Cameron (Alex) and Caitlin (Carter); and his siblings, Ray (late Jean), Ivan (Pierina), Sue Kapasi (Sandor) and Nanci (Mike Romeo). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Email Notes Knights of Columbus (3260 Dougall Ave, WINDSOR, ON N9E1S6). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph Church (9399 N Townline Rd, Amherstburg, ON N9J2W6).
