He was predeceased by: his wife Donna Marie Wellings; his mother Mary Adeline Della Hebert; and his brother George Wellings (Linda). He is survived by: his brothers, Tom (Barb), William (Denice) and Kenneth (Marie); his siblings' children, Lee Ann Dorey (George), Sheri Lynn Koscielski (Larry), Michelle Miller (Cornel) and Brian Wellings (Vicki); his grandchildren, Joel (Nicole), Ian, Aaron (Sarah), Jaeleen (Corey), Cecilia (Mike), Alex, Veronica, Cory, Zachary and Jessica; and his great grandchildren, DeAndre, Evelyn and Skylar.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 3rd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, March 4th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Families First Funeral Home (3260 Dougall Ave, Windsor, ON N9E1S6). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 4th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
