He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Moore and Lucille Moore. He is survived by: his wife Janice; his children, Sean (Tammy), Meighan and Brandon (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Destiny, Jocelyn, Mckayla, Addison, Georgia and Hannah; his great grandchild Daulton; his pets, Gizmo and Charlie; and his brothers, Greg (Carol), Bruce, Brian and Jeff (Krisanne). He is also survived by his many brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
