He was predeceased by: his parents, Pasquale Luigia and Maria Luigia. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his daughter Nicole (Mike); and his siblings, Francesco (Maddalena), Antonio (Maria) and Lina Neglia (Frank). He is also survived by His nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Families First (3260 Dougall Ave, Windsor, ON N9E1S6). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
