He is survived by: his siblings, Judy Phillipchuk (Ron), Joan Rakochy (Dan), Carol Shumay (Todd), Debbie Kopeck (Ed), Barb Kowalchuk (Milton) and Don (Carmen); his siblings-in-law, Greg Michaluk (Debbie), Betty O'Keefe (Wayne) and Sue Michaluk; and his godchildren, Ryan Phillipchuk and Christian Cardinal. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
