With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Goran Poljak (Windsor, Ontario), who passed away on June 8, 2018 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Dragica; his sons, Ognjen Poljak (Cristina) and Borisa Poljak (Marina); and his siblings, Ankica Simovic and Nebojsa Poljak. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews.
In memory of Goran, memorial donations may be made to St. Petka Serbian Orthodox Church.
